Both times I’ve purchased I’ve found the staff sooo helpful & friendly. The best thing though is the chair itself! Amazingly comfortable, & I have the worst spine... It reminds me of the “zero gravity” feel you can find on those expensive electric beds but better, it can be used outdoors! Can’t recommend both the chairs & the company enough. I’ve spent many hours hanging out in my new favourite spot of the house. i highly recommend a cloud9 chair over your standard egg chair. They are so comfortable I've almost fallen asleep reading in mine.

I love it. Stunningly comfortable if assembled correctly. Very happy customer. I think the Nu wave saucepans look good so I am purchasing one while I am at their office in Fairfield. We purchased our first Cloud 9 chair at Agfest last year and decided we would purchase another at this year's show. Unfortunately, due to Covid19 there was no show but we purchased at the online Agfest site. So happy with my new lime green Cloud 9 chair which has everything, I even have a pocket for my phone.
